Our first day of class! Aw. Walking down Calle Madero, the main street
in Morelia.
This was when we were all still speaking in Spanish to each other. I'm
not sure how
long that lasted but I do know that Rebecca, Kirsten, and Katrina and
I did try.

Me, on the left, and my roommate Kirsten on the right. Walking to class
is a 8-12 minute affair.

This is basically where we had our classes every day: La Casa de la Cultura.

Walking inside the inner courtyard to our classes. The place where we
had
class used to house nuns and was a convent for quite some time.

After class from 9-12 PM, Hae Min and Katrina walk up the street back
to our
hotel.

And to those unfamiliar with demonstrations/Spanish, this one demanded
paving of the streets in Tertongo.

Christina, myself, and Katie standing nearby.

There was a huuuuge display of Lenin biographies at the bookstore.

It's Greek to me too, Christina.

Kirsten showing off our bee-yootiful residence for one month.

Already the needing to crack down and read of the books!

You can imagine my excitement to find out that Buffy the Vampire Slayer
does in fact
air in Morelia.

Cutely posing on the roof, and then we were off to sleep... such excellent
behavior.
